What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and continuous evolution of technology products supporting pricing, coverage intelligence, commercial operations, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translate business objectives into prioritized capabilities, release plans, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Agile product execution, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, dependency management, and delivery performance tracking.
• Drive AI and advanced analytics initiatives, including machine learning, Generative AI, data platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee platform operations, production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and operational improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams while partnering with business leaders, architects, engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 3 years, master's degree with 7 years, bachelor's degree with 9 years, associate's degree with 12 years, or high school diploma/GED with 14 years of Information Systems experience.
• At least 3 years of people management or leadership experience involving teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Experience leading enterprise technology products or platforms for analytics, pricing, commercial operations, business intelligence, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Technical understanding of Databricks, Python, SQL, Apache Spark, cloud-native data engineering architectures, scalable data pipelines, and AWS.
• Experience delivering data science, machine learning, and AI products into production, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, governance, security, privacy, regulated environments, product lifecycle management, multidisciplinary teams, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
