Location: Franklin, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $147,300–$245,500 per year, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

  • Lead the enterprise Workforce Management and Operations Analytics functions through Directors and other people leaders.
  • Set multi-year resource planning strategies covering demand forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, scheduling, intraday management, and resource optimization.
  • Direct operational analytics, business intelligence, dashboards, scorecards, performance reporting, and executive recommendations.
  • Establish governance for data definitions, metrics, forecasting inputs, analytical methods, documentation, and quality controls.
  • Advance predictive analytics, scenario modeling, simulation, optimization, automation, and self-service reporting.
  • Partner with Finance, Technology, Human Resources, Operations, and client-facing functions on budgets, implementations, business cases, and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in workforce management, resource planning, operations analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of people leadership experience, including management of managers and multiple teams or disciplines.
  • Expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, staffing models, scheduling, intraday management, queue and backlog management, and resource optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of operations analytics, predictive modeling, scenario analysis, performance measurement, financial planning, and executive data storytelling.
  • Experience with WFM, analytics, visualization, and data tools such as IEX, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, Python, or R.
