Senior Director, Field Analytics & Enablement (Pharmaceutical Analytics)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $209,599–$313,375, plus incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Set the vision and roadmap for field reporting and ad hoc business analytics.
• Lead a team delivering sub-national analysis, ad hoc reporting, and production reporting platforms for customer-facing teams.
• Provide actionable, data-driven insights on field performance and effectiveness to field and executive leadership.
• Lead deep-dive analyses of business performance and identify positive and negative drivers of geography-level performance across therapeutic areas.
• Develop analytical processes and capabilities while improving reporting UI/UX, requirements gathering, utilization analysis, and report rationalization.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Market Access, Compliance, Forecasting, Brand Analytics, Promotional Analytics/Planning, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across commercial functions in the biopharmaceutical industry, including 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including quantitative methods, analytical techniques, data warehousing, and data stewardship.
• Experience managing, coaching, and leading diverse teams and vendors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to communicate analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
