Medical Science Liaison, Inflammation, Western/Central Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico

Location: Field-based territory covering West/Central Texas, including Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso, plus Oklahoma and New Mexico. Travel of 60–70% is required; Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston are excluded from the territory.

What you will do

• Serve as a scientific and clinical resource for opinion leaders, community healthcare providers, and population health decision makers.
• Conduct peer-to-peer scientific exchange across pulmonology, allergy, ENT, gastroenterology, and inflammation-related indication expansion.
• Engage clinical investigators and research sites, support sponsored research, and potentially serve as a study lead.
• Communicate clinical, outcomes, and economic data within health systems and clinics.
• Provide field insights to internal stakeholders, support congresses and speaker training, and contribute to MSL strategy projects.
• Maintain scientific expertise, complete administrative and compliance activities, and coordinate with other field roles.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree, or a master’s degree with 3 years of Medical Affairs experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Medical Affairs experience.
• Preferred: Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D., D.O., or another relevant doctoral degree.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, clinical practice, clinical research, medical research, or a related medical field.
• Knowledge of respiratory, gastroenterology, and/or inflammation-related conditions is preferred.
• Strong scientific communication, collaboration, relationship-building, and territory-management skills.
• Ability to manage the designated U.S. territory and travel 60–70% is required.
