Medical Liaison - Portfolio - SW (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: United States; territory includes Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and New Mexico. Requires 50–75% overnight travel and a valid driver's license.

Salary: $116,820–$216,100 base range for Medical Liaison; $148,290–$259,510 for Senior Medical Liaison, plus eligible bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Build scientific relationships with clinicians, professional societies, academic medical centers, integrated health networks, managed care organizations, and government stakeholders.
• Provide medical information, product education, scientific updates, and clinical support to healthcare providers and internal field teams.
• Develop medical account strategies, gather customer insights, and support medical and commercial decision-making.
• Identify investigators and facilitate clinical trials, investigator-sponsored studies, and pharmaco-economic and outcomes research.
• Coordinate clinical education, formulary presentations, training materials, and regional educational programs.
• Collaborate with Medical, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Research, Health Economics Outcomes Research, and government affairs teams.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree required.
• At least five years of experience in a healthcare system, pharmaceutical company, or managed care environment, including four years of successful field medical liaison experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, scientific, and account management skills.
• Knowledge of formulary processes, clinical research, therapeutic areas, and medical product information.
• Ability to travel 50–75% overnight and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
