Medical Science Liaison (Women's Health)

Location: USA – Massachusetts; territory includes ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, and NY. US and Puerto Rico residents only. Field-based role with up to approximately 50% local, regional, and national travel. No relocation.

Annual salary: $185,200–$315,100.

What you will do

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, decision makers, patient advocacy groups, and other stakeholders.
• Provide balanced scientific exchange and clinical information on hirify.global's products and Women's Health programs.
• Identify clinical and post-marketing investigators and support investigator-initiated trials and research collaborations.
• Develop and implement scientific communication plans and medical-to-medical materials.
• Support scientific training, speaker training, advisory boards, and medical meeting activities.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests and share insights with internal colleagues.

Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent education.
• At least five years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of clinical research methodologies and the ability to independently evaluate and translate scientific material.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize competing timelines, and work independently.
• Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident and able to meet travel, credentialing, and vaccination requirements.
