Senior Technical Product Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Lexington, Massachusetts or Plainsboro, New Jersey, United States. The role requires 0–10% overnight travel.

Base compensation: $120,300–$222,600 per year, plus eligibility for a company bonus and potential long-term incentives or company vehicles depending on the position and company factors.

What you will do

• Execute and manage product vision, roadmaps, backlogs, success criteria, and product acceptance.
• Lead the development and delivery of technology products and solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Analyze customer requirements, prioritize capabilities, and evaluate product value and technical risks.
• Collaborate with product owners, product managers, architects, developers, stakeholders, implementers, and Agile Release Trains.
• Assess technology dependencies, user needs, developer capabilities, stakeholder vision, and competitive product positioning.
• Develop technically complex solutions with limited direction and use ingenuity to resolve product and delivery challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute where appropriate.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in computer science, IT, programming, systems analysis, or a related area.
• At least 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies and experience leading projects or initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce, preferably Health Cloud, Life Sciences, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce data model, Apex, Salesforce Flows, relational databases, query languages, data integration, application integration, and web-based information solutions.
• Ability to query code and databases, identify issues and gaps, investigate problems, and propose solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
