Regional Readiness Manager (AI)

Location: London Office; based in or willing to relocate to London; right to work in the UK required

What you will do

• Run onboarding cohorts and local EMEA bootcamps for new go-to-market hires.
• Adapt onboarding materials to local market, language, and regulatory context.
• Execute certifications, product launches, methodology programs, and other global enablement initiatives across EMEA.
• Track attendance, completion, ramp metrics, cohort data, and regional program status in Highspot and the LMS.
• Deliver enablement components for quarterly business reviews, WAVE Europe, GKO, and other EMEA programs.
• Act as the primary enablement contact for EMEA representatives and managers, escalating regional blockers and risks to global leadership.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or a related go-to-market function.
• Hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end.
• Ability to execute against established plans while applying sound day-to-day judgment.
• Credibility with quota-carrying sellers and sales managers.
• Clear, proactive written communication across time zones.
• Based in or willing to relocate to London, with the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Working familiarity with Highspot, Sana, or comparable enablement and LMS platforms.
