LNP Lab Technician

Location: Onsite in Redmond, Washington, United States

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annual total compensation, including bonus

What you will do

• Encapsulate genetic payloads including mRNA, circular RNA, and sgRNA in lipid nanoparticles.
• Perform LNP downstream purification and concentration using ultrafiltration, TFF, sterile filtration, and FPLC.
• Process and purify antibody-decorated LNPs according to standard operating procedures.
• Conduct in-process quality control for particle size, zeta potential, PDI, and encapsulation efficiency.
• Prepare final products for shipment through filtration, aliquot filling, and labeling.
• Maintain production documentation, manage inventory, and perform repetitive high-throughput work accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience with PCR, HPLC, or enzymatic reactions is highly desired.
• Ability to work effectively in a small cross-disciplinary team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand production environment.
• Clear and concise communication with peers and managers.
• Ability to work onsite in Redmond, Washington.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with mRNA or lipid nanoparticles.
