Principal Product Marketing Manager (Glean Agents)

Location: Hybrid role based four days a week in the San Francisco or Mountain View office

Salary: $224,000–$258,000 annually, with potential variable compensation, equity, and benefits depending on the role.

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for Glean Agents.
• Position Glean Agents as a category leader in enterprise AI.
• Partner with product teams to iterate on the product, increase adoption, refine features, and maintain competitive differentiation.
• Represent customer and market perspectives across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• Create messaging and marketing assets that increase product awareness, demand, and adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, liberal arts, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts and create external messaging and content.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, results-driven approach with experience testing, measuring, and iterating.
• Ability to work four days per week from the San Francisco or Mountain View office.
