Multi-Craft Maintenance (Manufacturing)

Location: Altoona, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite manufacturing environment.

Salary: $28.77–$32.70 per hour, plus shift differentials of $0.70 per hour for second shift and $0.80 per hour for third shift.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on production equipment.
• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Weld and fabricate parts to support equipment repairs.
• Repair and maintain facility systems and equipment throughout the plant.
• Identify equipment problems before they cause downtime and support production continuity.
• Follow safety procedures while collaborating with operations and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with industrial equipment, machine controls, and 480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Knowledge of HMI systems, AC/DC drives, motors, sensors, and industrial electrical components.
• Mechanical troubleshooting experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, maintenance equipment, forklifts, and manlifts, and to work with required PPE including respirators.

Nice to have

• Technical training, trade school certification, or an associate degree.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license within the City of Altoona.
