What you will do

• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide trusted financial advice.
• Assess customer goals and recommend solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, investing, home purchases, and credit needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking tools, including the bank app and ATMs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners on complex customer needs.
• Handle cash and follow financial policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of sales and customer service experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, questioning, needs-identification, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use digital technology, multitask, and collaborate with teammates and business partners.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings, for a 40-hour work week.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, pre-employment screening, and obtaining a unique NMLS identifier.
