Technician - Land Rover Roaring Fork (Automotive)

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado, USA; on-site dealership role

Salary: USD 75,840–165,000 per year, based on qualifications and performance.

What you will do

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions, complete repairs, and identify additional safety or service work.
• Communicate with dispatchers, service advisors, and the parts department to complete repair orders accurately.
• Document completed work, preserve warranty parts when required, and road-test vehicles.
• Supervise assigned apprentice technicians and participate in factory-sponsored training.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and follow hazardous-waste, workplace-safety, and vehicle-care procedures.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a flat-rate technician or mechanic.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Authorization to work in the USA is required.
• Ability to pass background, motor vehicle record, and drug testing is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow directions, learn, and mentor teammates.
• Respectful attitude, strong work ethic, and positive outlook.

Nice to have

• ASE certification or trade school certification.
• Land Rover or multi-brand automotive experience.
