TL;DR
Automotive Senior Technician (Automotive Diagnostics and Repair): Diagnosing and repairing vehicle brake, hydraulic, electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, computer, exhaust, and fuel ignition systems with an accent on technical accuracy and customer communication. Focus on mentoring technicians, completing paid training, and obtaining or maintaining A.S.E. certifications.
Location: Lake Worth, United States; onsite automotive service role
Salary: $19.57–$31.55 per hour through a performance-based flat-rate compensation model.

What you will do
- Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
- Perform general automotive maintenance and tire repairs to specification.
- Explain technical diagnoses and required repairs to non-technical customers.
- Assist with and train technicians and mechanics on technical activities.
- Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
- Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certification in at least three of the A1–A8 areas within the first two years.
Requirements
- Valid automobile driver's license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
- Demonstrated skills in brake and hydraulic systems and/or steering, suspension, and alignments.
- Experience with general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
- Current federal, state, and local certifications or licenses where applicable.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people, with reading, writing, and math skills.
- Three years of automotive repair experience, third-party certifications, or completion of a vocational-technical program preferred.
Nice to have
- A.S.E. certification in at least one A1–A8 area; L1 certification is acceptable.
