What you will do

• Lead daily pricing changes and maintenance across multiple ERP systems, including Epicor Prelude.
• Manage, coach, and develop Pricing Managers while assigning workloads and reviewing completed work.
• Review and approve exception, override, and non-standard pricing requests with branch, regional, and sales leadership.
• Maintain pricing data integrity, monitor margin performance, and identify pricing and margin expansion opportunities.
• Support the design, testing, and rollout of pricing automation, tools, and process improvements.
• Prepare Power BI reports and dashboards and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Three to five years of experience in pricing, margin management, or analytics, preferably in wholesale distribution.
• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising a team is preferred.
• Prior experience with ERP systems, such as Epicor Prelude or an equivalent, is required.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to build pricing tools, reports, and analyses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, training, and cross-functional influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA in Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Power BI and DAX.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python.
