Senior Manager, Petroleum Liquids Midstream & Markets (Oil & Gas)

Location: Lakewood, Colorado, USA. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $124,000–$155,000 annually in Colorado.

What you will do

• Lead and contribute to accurate, timely monthly market reports on crude oil, refined products, and natural gas liquids.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, supply and demand balances, and price outlooks.
• Analyze trade flows, infrastructure projects, refining and processing economics, hedging activity, and geopolitical developments.
• Mentor market analysts and data scientists while enforcing rigorous data analysis and modeling practices.
• Serve as a spokesperson and subject matter expert through client briefings and presentations.
• Lead new data and analytics product development and engage directly with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of crude oil, refined product, or NGL market analysis experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or GIS.
• Experience at an established energy consulting firm or within the energy industry.
• Experience contributing to research reports or technical publications.
