Customer Quality Engineering Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze engineering, manufacturing, and field quality data.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support quality and business decisions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in product performance and customer quality metrics.
• Support root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and validate AI, automation, and digital solutions using technologies such as Python, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform.
• Prepare customer quality reports and presentations and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Programming experience in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn, Tableau, and Minitab.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models, Microsoft Copilot, databases, data modeling, and data extraction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
