Associate, Strategy & Analytics (Invesco Real Estate)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Hybrid workplace model: at least four days per week in the designated hirify.global office and one day outside an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Maintain, reconcile, and quality-check APAC real estate market data from proprietary and third-party sources.
• Produce recurring analytics, charts, dashboards, and market intelligence for research and investment activities.
• Manage data libraries, templates, trackers, reporting processes, and knowledge resources.
• Support APAC house views, Investment Strategy Group materials, investor-facing content, and market forecasts.
• Conduct thematic research, market coverage, ad hoc analysis, and strategic projects across APAC markets.
• Apply AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve research workflows, data management, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment management, research, analytics, consulting, or a similar analytical environment.
• Strong Excel and data management skills, including accurate work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality, documentation, and process management.
• Ability to create clear analyses, presentations, and research materials while managing recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests.
• Initiative, a continuous improvement mindset, and interest in applying technology and AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with real estate market data, investment research, or market intelligence.
• Exposure to forecasting, scenario analysis, dashboards, or performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL, or other analytics and data visualization tools.
• Experience using AI-enabled research, productivity, or workflow automation tools.
