What you will do

• Conduct market research and prepare reports using market intelligence and value chain analysis.
• Analyze research data from multiple sources to identify category, product, and business opportunities.
• Support product development initiatives and contribute to end-to-end customer solutions with Product Development Centers.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to develop market plans aligned with growth strategies.
• Build expertise in marketing services, market opportunity identification, and customized innovation solutions.
• Support marketing communication planning and execution for category strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in marketing, communication, economics, finance, statistics, food science, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• CET-6 or above and strong English communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong interest in market research, consumer insights, and industry analysis.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and develop business recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and other business productivity tools.
