Facilities & Maintenance Manager (Industrial Facilities)

Location: Colton, California, USA; requires onsite facility inspections, outdoor work, different shifts, and travel up to 75% of the time.

Salary: USD 110,000–130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead daily facilities maintenance across buildings, grounds, utilities, and site infrastructure.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, generators, compressors, and utility infrastructure.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, calibration, and regulatory compliance for scales, stormwater systems, rail infrastructure, fire-safety equipment, and facility assets.
• Manage grounds, signage, lighting, traffic controls, concrete repairs, painting projects, and other site-improvement work.
• Administer leases, service contracts, vendor agreements, work orders, maintenance inventory, budgets, and capital improvement projects.
• Partner with Operations, Transportation, Equipment Maintenance, EHS, Commercial, and HR to maintain safe and uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in facilities maintenance management.
• Strong understanding of commercial or industrial buildings, utilities, concrete, fencing, lighting, drainage systems, and contractor management.
• Experience with budgets, service contracts, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and safety leadership.
• Strong planning, communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and cold temperatures, walk and stand for extended periods, perform inspections, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software; experience with maintenance management systems is preferred.
