Senior Project Manager (Class A Commercial Interiors)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the client's Chicago offices. On-site requirements may change based on client needs.

Salary: USD 150,000–155,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage commercial real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to define scope, resources, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risks.
• Lead requests for proposals, bid evaluations, resource recommendations, and project delivery planning.
• Develop project charters and integrated timelines, monitor progress, and resolve or escalate issues.
• Facilitate project status meetings and guide multidisciplinary teams through implementation and completion.
• Coach colleagues, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to improved processes, standards, and operational plans.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 8–12 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with IT construction, including network setup and design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audiovisual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, with the ability to read architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.
