Portfolio Analytics Analyst Co-Op (AI)

Location: Danbury, CT, with an option to work fully remotely in the United States. The co-op runs for six months from January through June 2027, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Compensation: $20-$30 per hour, depending on overall skills.

What you will do

• Learn new product development systems, integration processes, and data flows.
• Maintain system data and integrations, review data quality, and help resolve data issues with cross-functional teams.
• Support Power BI dashboards, portfolio metrics, and KPI reporting to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Apply generative AI tools to portfolio analysis, reporting, workflow automation, and process improvement, validating outputs for accuracy and relevance.
• Document data mappings and field definitions and support master data governance activities.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as a senior bachelor’s student or as a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree, graduating in 2027 or later.
• Eligible fields include Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with guidance, document processes clearly, and support data-quality improvement.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Accolade, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI through coursework, academic projects, internships, or work.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other generative AI tools for data analysis, reporting, workflow automation, and output validation.
