Senior Industry Manager, Australia & New Zealand

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Industry Managers, Account Executives, and Post Sales Managers across the ANZ market.
• Manage advertising strategy for CPG, New Verticals, and Restaurant advertisers.
• Build senior customer relationships and provide thought leadership across key industries.
• Represent advertiser needs in the Ads & Promos product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop sales materials, processes, annual and quarterly plans, forecasts, and resource recommendations.
• Partner with global Ads Sales leadership and implement AI tools to improve team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing sales teams and leading performance management.
• Significant experience in consultative selling within digital media or adjacent performance-oriented industries.
• Experience building scaled enterprise advertising businesses for CPG, New Verticals, and/or Restaurant clients.
• Strong ability to use data and insights to develop advertiser-focused recommendations.
• Understanding of digital technologies, marketing and media measurement, attribution, and funnel metrics.
• Direct experience with advertisers across Australia and New Zealand, including cross-market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
