TL;DR
AI Lead (AI/Cloud/Data): Designing and governing the technical backbone for large-scale enterprise AI solutions with an accent on cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and applied AI architecture. Focus on integrating and scaling AI systems, establishing architectural standards, managing model-serving and data-platform reliability, and mitigating technical delivery risks.

What you will do
- Maintain architectural consistency, portability, standards, and best practices for AI solutions.
- Establish scalable, reliable, secure, and trustworthy data and technology foundations with data, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Advise on AI application solution design and target architecture, and guide technical decisions across teams.
- Draft technical specifications, monitor development progress, and oversee acceptance testing and quality standards.
- Integrate, manage, scale, and monitor AI systems, including infrastructure performance, costs, model updates, and dependencies.
- Lead or participate in technical governance, document architectural decisions, and mitigate technical risks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, IT architecture, or a related field, with hands-on experience in AI tooling and platforms.
- Understanding of model serving, data pipelines, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, data warehousing, data lakes, and governance.
- Experience establishing architectural standards, reviewing technical decisions, and working across multiple teams or projects.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; familiarity with Azure and Databricks is preferred.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate technical constraints and risks to business stakeholders.
