Senior Data Analyst (SQL, Databricks & Power BI)

What you will do

• Build, manage, and optimize Databricks notebooks, Delta tables, and scalable data pipelines.
• Design and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for analytics, reporting, and data quality controls.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, interactive reports, and enterprise semantic models.
• Perform data profiling, validation, and multi-source reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and governance compliance.
• Partner with finance and operations subject matter experts to define data models, KPIs, and documentation.
• Provide code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring in SQL, Databricks, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence engineering, or data warehousing.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including complex query writing, tuning, views, and stored procedures.
• Production experience with Databricks, notebooks, Delta Lake, and data pipeline development.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including data modeling, DAX, semantic models, and executive dashboard design.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, business acumen, and ability to deliver independently under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience embedding analytics in corporate finance or operations environments.
• Experience establishing enterprise self-service reporting frameworks and data quality monitoring controls.
