CMDB Dashboard Developer

Location: Coppell, Texas or Costa Mesa, California; onsite

Salary: $50–$55 per hour on W2

What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards that visualize CMDB data and operational metrics.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and align dashboard functionality with business needs.
• Analyze CMDB data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across the CMDB and reporting tools.
• Integrate CMDB data with other IT systems and tools.
• Provide technical support and training for dashboard users.

Requirements

• Experience developing dashboards and using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of CMDB processes and the ITIL framework.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
