TL;DR
Senior UX Designer (Figma/digital agency): Leading UX initiatives from discovery through delivery by conducting user research, defining experience strategies, and creating user-centered responsive web experiences with an accent on information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and client collaboration. Focus on synthesizing research into actionable insights, presenting design decisions to stakeholders, and supporting implementation through clear UX documentation.
Location: Remote, exclusively for candidates based in Latin America (LATAM)

What you will do
- Lead UX initiatives from discovery through delivery for digital agency client projects.
- Conduct user research, synthesize findings, and analyze client, user, and competitor data.
- Define UX strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Design user journeys, information architecture, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for responsive web experiences.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Product, Strategy, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Present and defend design decisions, incorporate feedback, and create UX documentation supporting implementation through launch.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- Previous experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with responsive web design.
- Experience with user research and synthesis, information architecture, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and UX documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking, client-facing communication, and design presentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1–C2 level and residence in Latin America are required. A relevant UX portfolio with agency-delivered projects and case studies is also required.
Nice to have
- Experience with FigJam, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or PlaybookUX.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, web analytics tools, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WCAG accessibility practices.
- Experience in Agile product development environments.
