Agent Services Representative (Healthcare)

Location: In-person training in Chicago; fully remote after training, with all work conducted from an approved location within the United States

Healthcare technology company building an AI-powered Medicare platform, CRM, and client services for independent Medicare advisors.

What you will do

• Provide first-level support to health insurance agents and clients by phone, email, and chat.
• Triage, categorize, and prioritize incoming requests for resolution or escalation.
• Resolve common questions about contract and onboarding status, along with ad hoc customer requests.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Collect feedback and collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or support; health insurance experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with ticketing software and other communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability for the full contract term from late September through December 2026 and attendance at in-person training in Chicago.
• Work authorization and an approved work location within the United States are required; international remote work is not permitted.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Additional qualifications in healthcare or insurance.
