Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base salary, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Coach customers throughout their lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
• Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to maximize solution value for customers.
• Innovate tooling and processes to improve team efficiency.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial customers using automated engagement techniques.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of complex technology environments, including Cloud Native, Kubernetes, Microservices, and APIM.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS.
• Builder’s mentality with a focus on solving complex problems.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software companies.
