Senior Consultant (Order-to-Cash)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; client based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Compensation: $70/hour on W-2; 1-year contract with possible extension

hirify.global provides consulting support for a large-scale digital transformation program in the manufacturing supply chain sector.

What you will do

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, Process Owners, and technology teams to elicit and validate requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Order-to-Cash domains.
• Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
• Perform target mapping and data mapping to support enterprise ERP implementation activities.
• Write and analyze SQL queries for data analysis and mapping needs.
• Advise leadership, facilitate consensus, and support governance, decision-making, process improvement, and change management.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
• SME-level hands-on expertise with Order-to-Cash processes in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end enterprise ERP implementations and working with a major ERP platform such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Strong background in order management, order entry, target mapping, and data mapping.
• Proficiency writing and analyzing SQL queries.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including work with executive stakeholders.
