Director, Supplier To Serve

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office, United States

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation

What you will do

• Lead processes and strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence across the supplier network.
• Optimize supplier performance, service delivery, and collaboration through strategic planning and execution.
• Oversee governance frameworks, compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement programs.
• Use data management and key performance indicators to inform operational and supplier decisions.
• Lead transformational change and foster a high-performing team environment.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology, and other functions to align supplier and business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or a related area, plus 5 years of relevant experience; or 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Leadership experience driving transformational change and continuous improvement.
• Strategic planning, data management, financial acumen, and governance expertise.
• Change management experience in evolving business environments.
• Ability to work at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or a related area.
• Four years of relevant experience with a master's degree.
