What you will do

• Identify high-value opportunities from product, customer, and operational data.
• Evaluate ambiguous ideas and build practical 80/20 solutions to prove value quickly.
• Own end-to-end execution from data exploration and modeling to backend integration and productization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to transform rough ideas into shipped features.
• Define success metrics, instrument outcomes, and iterate based on real-world usage.
• Shape the application of AI and data to improve team velocity and product experience.

Requirements

• Deep experience in machine learning or applied AI at a senior level.
• Proven track record of shipping ML-powered capabilities into real-world products.
• Ability to work across the stack and move from messy problem statements to execution without heavy structure.
• Strong product judgment and bias toward simple, high-value solutions.
• Experience deciding between ML, heuristics, analytics, or automation for a given problem.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Alicante, Spain.
