Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain production machine learning models and AI products that create measurable value for players and the business.
• Develop personalization and decisioning systems, including recommendation engines, segmentation models, propensity scoring, and Next Best Action frameworks.
• Support AI agent architectures and automation workflows that expand intelligence capabilities at scale.
• Translate stakeholder needs into pragmatic, well-scoped solutions while balancing model sophistication, delivery speed, and operational sustainability.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, game designers, producers, and product stakeholders to integrate and operationalize models.
• Contribute to the roadmap for AI product opportunities across player engagement scenarios and game franchises.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in applied data science or machine learning, with a record of shipping models or AI products to production.
• Strong Python skills, including production-grade development beyond notebook prototypes, plus solid SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch, or Spark ML.
• Expert-level proficiency in Databricks and/or Snowflake, including model deployment and management in a cloud data platform.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and pragmatic problem-solving skills across technical and non-technical disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience with personalization engines, recommendation systems, or player decisioning frameworks.
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Pega, Braze, or similar marketing decisioning platforms.
• Experience designing AI agent architectures, agentic workflows, LLM-based agents, or tool-use frameworks.
• Experience with MLflow, Delta Lake, Snowflake Cortex, Databricks Genie, APIs, or model-serving endpoints.
• Interest in games, entertainment, or consumer-facing digital products.
