FP&A Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid; supports financial planning and performance management for the North America business

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning for the North America business.
• Own monthly performance reporting and variance analysis for assigned business areas and functions.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and operational metrics and translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Perform price, volume, mix, and driver-based analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders, Accounting, and Operational Finance while improving reporting through AI and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers, financial statements, and corporate finance principles.
• Ability to communicate complex financial and operational data as clear recommendations to senior business leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a structured finance training or rotational program.
