Accounting Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 4 days per week in-office at the Jones Farm, Oregon or Chandler, Arizona locations

Annual salary: $138,820–$195,980 USD

What you will do

• Lead and develop a global team responsible for management reporting, balance sheet analysis, cash flow reporting, and financial analysis.
• Own quarterly management reporting, including executive reporting packages, variance explanations, financial results analysis, and management commentary.
• Oversee consolidated cash flow reporting and partner with Close and Consolidations teams to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Support External Reporting with Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including financial statement analysis and disclosures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, the CFO Office, IT, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement, automation, AI-enabled solutions, reporting metrics, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field; a Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• At least 8 years of progressive corporate accounting experience, or 7 years with a Master’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing direct or global teams.
• CPA certification and public accounting experience.
• Experience with management reporting, financial statement analysis, cash flow reporting, financial close, global consolidation, SEC reporting, Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and U.S. GAAP.
