Data Center and Powered Land Sourcer

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid

Salary: $175,000–$215,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Map data center and powered land opportunities, focusing on long-tail providers.
• Own sourcing relationships from initial outreach through negotiation support and ongoing management.
• Develop relationships with neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independent operators.
• Evaluate and prioritize new sites and spaces independently.
• Prepare business cases and cost analyses in partnership with Finance.
• Maintain supplier, contract, commercial-term, pricing, and market-intelligence records.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing data centers or land in neocloud, hyperscaler, or brokerage environments.
• Strong project management skills and ownership of full relationship lifecycles.
• Ability to independently assess and prioritize opportunities.
• Comfort with commercial analysis, cost tracking, and supplier contract-level discussions.
• Sound judgment and discretion in sensitive supplier relationships.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships in the data center and powered land brokerage community.
• Knowledge of the GPU and compute supply landscape, power availability, and site availability.
• Experience managing supplier contracts or commercial records across multiple vendors or regions.
