Compute Supply Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid)

Compensation: $150,000 – $235,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain a real-time landscape of emerging cloud and international compute providers.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and sourcing to negotiation and relationship management.
• Develop and manage relationships with account representatives and leadership at compute providers.
• Structure and close opportunities to secure favorable capacity terms for the platform.
• Define and execute tailored value propositions for different types of providers.
• Collaborate with internal Supply and Deals teams to organize intelligence and support negotiation efforts.

Requirements

• Early-to-mid career professional with a scrappy, high-energy approach to building from scratch.
• Strong ability to act as both a relationship-builder and an operator capable of driving deals to closure.
• Creative thinker with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organization.
• Self-directed and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-changing, ambiguous market.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Existing network within emerging cloud providers, GPU brokers, or international compute markets.
• Prior experience at a neocloud, GPU marketplace, or compute brokerage.
• Experience building channel or ecosystem partnership programs at scale.
