IT Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: On-site in Coralville, Iowa, United States

Annual salary: $85,000–$110,000, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Support cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and continuous improvement of security controls.
• Manage vulnerabilities in the manufacturing environment, including workstation patching, software lifecycle management, and remediation.
• Implement and maintain endpoint privilege management and application whitelisting controls.
• Maintain USB device controls, secure baseline configurations, and browser extension management.
• Investigate and respond to security events, escalate issues, and coordinate remediation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of IT experience, including 1–3 years supporting a manufacturing or laboratory IT environment.
• Experience supporting scientific instruments such as HPLC, ESI, liquid handling systems, or similar equipment.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with an EDR, EPM, or comparable cybersecurity system, such as CrowdStrike or CyberArk.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and best practices, with accurate documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Additional hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Industry-standard cybersecurity certification such as Security+.
