Product Manager (Healthcare Software)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products and features from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization.
• Define and communicate product roadmaps balancing customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities.
• Research customers, markets, emerging trends, competitive insights, and customer challenges to shape product strategy.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful product solutions.
• Use data-driven decision-making to evaluate opportunities, prioritize investments, monitor adoption, and improve customer outcomes.
• Develop product requirements, documentation, and knowledge resources that support execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing products or features from concept through launch and enhancement.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience using customer insights, market research, and data to influence product direction and prioritization.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments.
