Customer Operations Associate (Progression) (Outdoor Lighting)

Location: Denver, Colorado 80223; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office at the Lipan Distribution Center

Salary: $32.05 per hour

Company

Provides electricity and natural gas products and services to customers across eight Western and Midwestern states.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Process outdoor lighting outages and service requests.
• Coordinate work with field crews and contractors.
• Handle billing and customer account changes.
• Maintain accurate customer and asset records, including data entry and cleanup.
• Support special projects and ensure timely, accurate completion of work.

Requirements

• Customer-focused approach and ability to provide exceptional service.
• Ability to manage customer requests, account updates, and service records accurately.
• Ability to coordinate with field crews and contractors.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the Denver office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of GIS or CRS.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
