Senior Manager, FP&A (Finance)

Location: 5 days onsite in Downtown Los Angeles, California, United States

Pay rate: $170,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead monthly close support, financial forecasting cycles, annual budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
• Partner with regional finance teams, department leaders, Accounting, and business stakeholders to improve financial performance and decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models, including enterprise-level three-statement models.
• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and automation in forecasting and reporting, while managing and developing a Financial Analyst.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial reporting, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and enterprise reporting systems.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience managing or mentoring finance professionals and supporting multi-entity or geographically dispersed organizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
