Fullstack Engineer (React)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain React and TypeScript front-end applications.
• Build reusable, responsive UI components with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Consume REST APIs using Axios or Fetch and integrate backend services into user interfaces.
• Implement asynchronous functionality with Promises and async/await.
• Debug applications, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Write maintainable, documented code and contribute to testing, issue resolution, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience developing front-end applications.
• Strong understanding of React, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3, plus experience with TypeScript.
• Experience consuming REST APIs with Axios or Fetch and working with JSON data and API responses.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, including Promises and async/await.
• Experience with Git commands and basic debugging using browser developer tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, Python, AWS, GCP, or Docker.
• Experience with Claude Code or Codex.
• Understanding of micro frontend architecture and module federation.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and with business users or stakeholders.
• Experience integrating data lakes and platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
