Service Technician (Dental Equipment)

Location: Lexington, KY, United States; 100% travel to customer sites in the local geographic area

Salary: $19.23–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Install, modify, remove, repair, and maintain dental equipment, including computer-related items.
• Follow installation checklists, manufacturer guidelines, hirify.global procedures, OSHA requirements, and asepsis regulations.
• Respond to customer needs, explain technical information clearly, and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Identify required parts, supplies, and tools; manage and restock vehicle inventory.
• Travel to customer locations and provide on-site service and support.
• Maintain vehicle safety and a quality driving record; occasionally travel overnight or work after hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use a smartphone or tablet.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to remain stationary or drive for extended periods and lift, move, and position dental equipment and supplies.

Nice to have

• Trade school training in carpentry, plumbing, heating, electricity, or electronics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
