Service Technician (Pipettes)

Salary: $18–$23 per hour, plus quarterly bonus

What you will do

• Disassemble, clean, repair, test, and reassemble Rainin and other-brand pipettes.
• Inspect incoming units for defects and verify repairs against established quality standards.
• Perform mechanical and electronic measurements, testing, and documentation.
• Complete work sheets, repair estimates, database entries, part usage records, and related paperwork.
• Process priority orders, track parts, and move orders through the service workflow.
• Receive repair orders, verify package contents, monitor for contamination, and support Saturday service operations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience in manufacturing, instrumentation repair and maintenance, or equivalent training and experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence, follow detailed instructions, perform basic arithmetic, and solve standardized problems.
• Ability to communicate information effectively to customers and employees.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Relocation or housing assistance is not provided.
