Sales Associate (Personal Lending)

What you will do

• Contact potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Process applications for multiple personal lending products.
• Assess customer financial situations and recommend appropriate lending or insurance options.
• Market and sell lending products while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Read and interpret credit bureau reports and maintain detailed product knowledge.
• Support compliance with company policies, federal and state laws, and provide guidance to other team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet or exceed application processing goals with a strong sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in using multiple tools and systems simultaneously.
• Availability for a 40-hour weekly schedule during operating hours, including at least one Saturday per month, one late Friday, and extended hours at the end of each month.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, collections, or call center environments.
• Basic understanding of credit or personal finance concepts.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
