Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics)

What you will do

• Provide physical therapy care to client employees and their dependents in an onsite Health Center.
• Evaluate patients, apply clinical reasoning, and develop individualized treatment plans according to APTA standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, and community providers.
• Document and report patient care while participating in Health Center and patient care meetings.
• Develop injury prevention, health promotion, ergonomics, body mechanics, and workplace wellness programs.
• Participate in continuing competence activities, including peer review and presentations.

Requirements

• At least three years of Physical Therapist experience in an outpatient physical therapy or ambulatory care clinic.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is required.
• Current state licenses and certifications required to practice.
• Degree from an accredited physical or occupational therapy school.
• Current board certification, if applicable.
• Current CPR/BLS certification meeting American Heart Association standards, including hands-on skills evaluation.
