Operations Implementation Analyst (Onsite)

What you will do

• Research and analyze departmental data, procedures, efficiencies, issues, and process gaps.
• Identify solutions and create implementation plans for operational initiatives.
• Coordinate system and procedural implementations with business analysis, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, product, compliance, account management, and other departments.
• Prepare requirements documentation, procedures, and formal post-production validation materials.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders, including senior and executive management.
• Execute operational tasks and act in a project manager capacity when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, political science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of project management experience or five years of business analysis experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros, for analytical work.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, research, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to perform sedentary and filing-related physical activities, type 40 WPM, and lift up to 20 pounds.
