Senior Analyst, Process Improvement

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite at 809 11th Ave

Salary: $91,000–$169,000 annual salary for Sunnyvale, with potential performance-based bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Analyze operational performance metrics, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Design and implement process improvements for associate-guided workflows supporting Risk Operations.
• Partner with Operations, Process Improvement, Product, and Engineering teams to simplify workflows and improve efficiency.
• Lead transformational projects, manage deliverables and stakeholder expectations, and support sustainable adoption.
• Monitor tooling and program performance, identify post-implementation issues, and develop resolutions.
• Provide guidance on policies, compliance, industry practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field plus 6 months of relevant experience, or 2.5 years of experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or a related area.
• Expertise in process improvement, organizational change management, data-driven performance evaluation, and trend analysis.
• Ability to lead transformational initiatives from planning through implementation and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of business process workflows, automation, internal policies, and external regulations.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree in Business.
• Six Sigma certification.
