Private Markets Marketing/Fundraising Analyst

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support fundraising and capital formation activities across the PIPCO platform and individual fund offerings.
• Draft legal documents, launch data rooms, prepare marketing materials, and respond to requests for proposals.
• Coordinate with investment, sales, legal, finance, and operations teams on investor communications and requests.
• Track fundraising pipelines, prospect follow-ups, LP commitments, program status, deal flow, and performance data.
• Provide sales teams with customized content, product education, and PIPCO-related support.
• Coordinate fund closes, client meetings, annual meetings, industry conferences, seminars, and third-party database updates.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with excellent academic credentials.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in private markets or investment banking.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical, communication, judgment, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail, initiative, creativity, and ownership of deliverables.
• Significant experience with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
