Portfolio Analytics & Digital Lead-US

Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States; the position is also posted in Raritan, New Jersey, Raynham, Massachusetts, and Zuchwil, Switzerland. Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $94,000–$151,800 per year

What you will do

• Analyze SKU portfolios using AI and analytics tools to support portfolio optimization and End of Life reviews.
• Partner with Finance on COGS and Purchase Price Variance analytics and establish metrics for roadmap tracking.
• Implement digital tools for recurring project financial reporting with Project Managers.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for portfolio initiatives.
• Create learning materials and training to support adoption of new reports and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
• At least four years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain and strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, and Tableau.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to leadership and influence stakeholders across a complex organization.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.

• Supply chain planning experience.
• Project management experience.
• Financial and business acumen, including COGS, Gross Profit, and OpEx/CapEx expenditures.
